D&E Veterans Upward Bound

Eligibility Requirements

A veteran must have been other than dishonorably discharged and must have served for more than 180 days of continuous active duty with at least a portion after January 31, 1955, or was discharged or released for a service connected disability after the same date;

AND

Veterans must be a first-generation college student, meaning neither parent
has a four-year Baccalaureate degree;

OR

The Veteran's "Family Taxable Income" and must meet income guidelines
established by U.S. Department of Education;
